Description

Huge price adjustment, bring the seller an offer! Fantastic view and a real wow condominium. You will love the view from this gorgeous condominium, looking from your lanai straight out to the Gulf, a beautiful way to greet each ideal morning and evening in paradise. Sellers have taken care of all the important items in your tree house. Hurricane sliders and windows throughout for peace of mind. Newer kitchen with stainless appliances and gorgeous granite, complete with a waterfall at end of counter. The remodel was done so thoughtfully with cabinets and storage galore. This is an end unit so the great room is awash with light from the sliders to the vaulted ceilings, while the celestial window gives a daytime glow to the great room and will allow a peak at the moon at night. There are plantation shutters at the doors and windows for privacy and once again they allow you to control the amount of light you want to welcome in your condominium. This condominium was remodeled from front to back, baths, floors, doors and windows. The furnishings are staying except for a few items that are reserved. Bahia Vista Gulf is a great complex on Venice beach, and just a short distance to the Crow's Nest and a one mile trip to a vibrant downtown. Venice is a gem and so is this condominium. Take a look.
